Five things. That’s really all it comes down to.

🏃🏼 Move
💪 Train
🍽️ Eat
💤 Sleep

Pull any one of these out and you feel it. Your training suffers. Your energy tanks. Your results stall. They’re not separate goals, they’re one continuous cycle.

And of all the things in this list, it’s worth noting REGENERATION doesn’t happen by accident…

Life is busy and hectic. It takes just as much intention as anything else on this list.

We’re not talking about cold plunging and a sauna every day. It means time with the people you love.
Good food. Some laughs. A full night of sleep. A few moments where you’re just present.

That’s regeneration. And this weekend is a good one for it.
