We’re getting ready for our 3rd Annual FREE Holiday Market on December 12th, and we’re now accepting donations! ❤️

Help us make the holidays a little brighter for local families by donating:

📚 Gently used books for all ages
🧸 Simple, gently used toys

✨ Donation details:
• Items should be clean and in decent condition.
• We are unable to accept toy guns or toys that require internet access.
• Donations can be dropped off before or after class times, or send us a private message to arrange an alternative drop-off!

Consider attending this workshop in Portville at ABC: A Beautiful Child! Very helpful way of thinking, I use this therapeutic model in my daily life and have attended class with Laura in the past. Highly recommend for those interested in internal family systems. ❤️

Creative Movement Class with Miss Hannah is on 10/17 from 10:30-11:15am! (Ages 2–5 with Parent)

Wiggle, bounce, twirl, and play!

Join us for a joyful 45 minute class designed to spark imagination and movement in young children!

With parent participation, little ones will explore dance through playful stretching, upbeat music, and creative movement activities. This class is designed to build coordination, creativity, and connection in a nurturing and energetic environment.

It’s a delightful dance adventure where big imaginations and tiny feet shine! $10 per child, max price per family is $20. RSVPs appreciated.

Our September Sunday Swap was such a beautiful reminder of what can happen when we come together and share a little piece of what we love. 🌿

The idea behind the swap is simple: sustainability, community, and sharing what we have. Plus, I mean, who doesn’t love being able to share what they love AND get to take 10 new free items home?! ✨

Instead of buying something new, we brought 10 things we had made, grown, created at home and exchanged them with one another!

There was sourdough, homemade baked goods, teas, crafts, art, jewelry, and so many little pieces of creativity and care. It wasn’t just about the things we brought — it was about sharing the things we enjoy doing and connecting with others in our community.🤍

We’ll be gathering again for another Sunday Swap on October 18th! This time with a little fall twist ✨✨

This month, we’re asking for a $5 donation OR a donated item for our upcoming Free Holiday Market. —Your contribution will help us continue creating community-centered events while giving back this holiday season.

✨Beginning October 14 at Enchanted Mountain Wellspring! Message us if you’d like to sign up ✨

Yoga and poetry might seem like two very different practices, but they have more in common than you might think!

Both invite us to slow down, become more present, and pay attention to what’s happening within us. Yoga connects us to the body through breath and movement, while poetry gives us a way to put words to the thoughts, feelings, and experiences we carry.

Together, they create space to move, breathe, reflect, and create — without needing to have the right words or the perfect practice.

You don’t need any experience with yoga or poetry. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to slow down.

Join Jessie beginning October 14 for an intentional evening of movement, reflection, and creativity at the Wellspring.
