This is Before we did any construction. The addition you see in the previous picture is the Elevator that reaches all levels. We made sure to make the house completely accessible. The garage and activity room (above garage) are actually 4 foot lower than the rest of the house! So the elevator will open at all 5 levels!

Julie Harding Laughlin and Katie Block have been working on this dream for about a year and a half now! It's finally making enough movement that we are comfortable sharing. We bought the house in January 2025. Then we spent the next year planning, obtaining zoning approval, building permits, and getting pre-approval from DHHS to start this project. We were finally able to start the remodel in February 2026. Our goal is to open this fall. I will share our inspiration picture and where we are today. Believe me, this has not been for the faint of heart! But we love what we do and know this will be such a great place for people to live and be loved!
