To Our Community,

We know that many of you have seen recent public information regarding Endless Journey Hospice, and we understand it has raised questions.

We want to share an important update. The individual involved is no longer serving in any leadership or clinical role within Endless Journey Hospice.

Our leadership team remains in place and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, regulatory compliance, and ensuring every patient and family receives the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

We know that trust is earned, especially in hospice care. That is why we remain committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Most importantly, we remain committed to the patients and families who invite us into their lives during some of their most difficult moments.

To our patients, families, referral partners, and community—thank you for your continued trust and support. We are honored to continue serving our community with the compassion, dignity, and excellence that have always been at the heart of Endless Journey Hospice.

We are aware of the recent publication regarding Endless Journey Hospice. The matters referenced occurred more than a year ago. Since that time, Endless Journey has completed a comprehensive corrective action plan, implemented significant operational and leadership changes, and strengthened our processes to ensure continued compliance with all applicable regulations.

Our focus has always remained on providing compassionate, high-quality hospice care to the patients and families we are privileged to serve. We remain committed to continuous improvement, transparency, and delivering the exceptional care our community expects and deserves.
