Just us walking into work like we’re not about to spend the next 6 hours helping people process childhood trauma, challenge negative thoughts, regulate nervous systems, celebrate tiny wins, and somehow still remember where I set my coffee down. 🤍
Therapy days are basically a mix of deep conversations, coping skills, awkward silence, nervous system regulation, laughter, tears, “that makes so much sense,” and me saying “give yourself some compassion” at least 14 times a day.
But honestly? It’s an honor getting to walk alongside people while they heal, grow, and learn they’re capable of more than they thought.
