This week, two friends shared this same audio… and I’ve had it saved for weeks now. So I’m taking it as a sign to finally post it.

I am that friend, prima, sister who feels deeply. Who is spiritual, intuitive, a little sensitive to energy… and if you knew me in my middle school years, you also know I had a little gangster in me 😂

I love deeply. I feel the energy in a room the moment I walk in. I’m soft AND bold. Spiritual AND a little hood. Therapist AND a little chaotic. 😂

And honestly? I’m embracing ALL of it.

The older I get, the more I realize I don’t need to shrink, compartmentalize, or choose which version of me gets to show up.

I’m embracing every part of me and showing up as HER more.

The whole me. The real me. The evolving me. 🫶🏼
