Meet Ray Marneris, Smith Senior Living Chief Financial Officer. You would think that his job is a numbers, numbers, numbers, but Ray views his position as a service to the residents.

His #1 responsibility is to protect the resident’s asset, known as the entrance fee.
His #2 responsibility is to the Smith Senior Living Board of Trustees to ensure they are aware of the organization’s financial position so they can make intelligent business decisions.

Ray is a very dedicated father and grandfather to his three children and 10 grandchildren, and continues to be active in all family dynamics, including checking on his father (who is 99) and taking care of “Dad's” home.

Ray is a true asset to our communities. He is a wonderful, dedicated man who considers Smith Senior Living to be his mission.
