A Sunset Immersive Experience

What if healing looked less like sitting in a chair… and more like creativity, connection, golden hour skies, and horses painted with expression and meaning?

Join us for a one-of-a-kind experiential evening blending Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) with Expressive Arts at Painted Oaks Academy in Orlando.

🎨 Transform our gentle therapy horses into living canvases using safe, non-toxic paint
🐴 Experience connection, reflection, creativity, and grounding alongside the herd
🫶 Step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of presence and authentic expression

This experience is especially meaningful for:
• Therapists & Counselors
• Social Workers
• Mental Health Professionals
• Students in Training
• Anyone curious about the healing power of horses and experiential work

✨ Clinicians will also have the opportunity to experience what it feels like to step into the client role through immersive therapeutic work.

We are honored to announce our partnership with Family Partnerships of Central Florida 🤍🐴

Life Reins is proud to serve as their exclusive equine-facilitated psychotherapy provider for youth involved in foster care, adoption, and child abuse prevention services.

Through this partnership, Family Partnerships of Central Florida will provide referrals and help cover the cost of services — increasing access to trauma-informed mental health support for the children and families they serve.

At Life Reins, we believe healing happens through safe relationships, connection, and regulation. Through the powerful bond between humans and horses, youth are given space to build confidence, emotional resilience, trust, and hope.

We are deeply grateful to partner with an organization so committed to supporting children and strengthening families throughout Central Florida.

Trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional exhaustion can all impact how our nervous system responds to everyday life.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the military service members who gave their lives in service to our country, and we hold space for the lasting impact carried by many veterans and their families.

In this new Horses for Mental Health campaign video, veterans courageously share their stories and how connection with horses helped them find a way through, even when nothing else was working.

At Life Reins, we’re proud to offer mental health and wellbeing services incorporating horses for veterans and their families in our community. With your support, more people can access this work when they need it most.

We don’t believe in gate keeping when it comes to healing our community 🤎 It makes us feel so good to send out these incredible healers with the knowledge and experience to bring EFP to their local areas 🐴

We can’t wait to host our next one this Fall!
