Bryn Schraven thinks we need to talk about death more — and even plan for it. That’s why they started a business called Silver Glass Deathcare to help others through the experience of loss and to change the conversation around dying.

They’re part of a movement of ‘death doulas’ across the country providing end-of-life support and custom death planning.

Seek out whatever it is that helps you to find meaning in every day and hold on. It can buoy you on days when grief feels too big. 🖤

Whew, I can't believe it is already almost September! I am really excited to get this fall rolling, and September kicks things off with a bang. 😊

Happy Saturday, my friends!

This week has a big and exciting one as I moved my practice into a new office space! I can't wait to show and tell you more about it next week. 😊 for now, though, I am engaging in some self care by spending some time outside while I start this neat murder mystery puzzle! 🔍🤔

I love self care that still engages my brain but in a fun way, and spending some time in nature always gives me a reset. 🌳 What does self care look like for you?
