We are excited to welcome Joe Aiello, Co-Founder of Commercial Office Interiors, to our Board of Directors.

On the board, Aiello plans to focus on operational optimization — evaluating the organization’s software infrastructure and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencies.

“Organizations run on process, and software lets you structure process,” Aiello said. “Software can be a force multiplier if it’s used right. The goal is not to reduce headcount — it’s to equip people better so they can do more.”

Today is International Overdose Awareness Day. Today, we remember the lives lost to overdose and hold space for the families, friends, and communities carrying the weight of that loss.

We also stand with those living with substance use challenges and remind one another that asking for help is an act of courage, not something to hide. Recovery is possible, and no one has to take the next step alone.

White Horse Recovery offers compassionate substance use and mental health services across northern New Hampshire, including walk-in peer support for immediate, judgment-free connection. Our Recovery Centers are located in Ossipee, North Conway, Littleton, and Berlin. We never turn anyone away because of an inability to pay.
