Something new is coming to Sunshine Healing! ☀️✨

I’ve been looking for something that would be a great addition to sessions that would give clients another way to relax, recharge, and support their healing journey. Im excited to announce that I have found it!

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared light and is often used to support things like circulation, skin health, muscle recovery, and the body’s natural healing process.

I love how well this fits with the kind of experience I want to create at Sunshine Healing. It will be available as an add-on to my existing services, and I’m really looking forward to offering it to you.

Maybe Labor Day is a good reminder that we don’t always have to be doing something.

Today I’m letting myself slow down a little. To stand by the water, breathe in the fresh air, notice the beauty around me, and appreciate these simple little moments that can so easily get overlooked.

We spend so much of our time working, planning, doing, and taking care of everyone else. Sometimes we need to give ourselves permission to just be.

Here’s to a little rest, a little sunshine, and noticing the magic in the ordinary. ❤️☀️
