🦠 So, we're sure you've heard... Cyclospora has been making the headlines lately.

Think of Cyclospora as a tiny bug you can't see that can sometimes hitch a ride on fresh produce or in water, making people sick with diarrhea and stomach cramps.

Symptoms may include:
💧 Frequent watery diarrhea
🤢 Nausea or vomiting
🤕 Stomach cramps
😴 Fatigue
🤒 Low-grade fever (sometimes)
🍽️ Loss of appetite

🧼 The best prevention is washing fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly, practicing good hand hygiene, and drinking safe, clean water. Cyclospora is treatable with prescription medication once it's diagnosed.
