Join us for an introduction to yoga specifically geared to tweens and early teens (ages 9-14). This class will be held over five sessions this summer - Tuesdays 1:00-2:00 PM starting June 30th

Dates: 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28
Time: 1:00 - 2:00 PM

In this class, students ages 9 to 15, will learn basic yoga poses, deep breathing and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way with their peers. Yoga is an amazing way to increase flexibility, internal and external strength, body awareness and coordination and confidence.

Great Plains SPCA provides lifesaving services for approximately 5,000 animals annually in the greater Kansas City area. Relax with this gentle flow class filled with love, cuddles and play!
