Dear Patients,
It is with mixed emotions that I write to share an important decision. After much thought, prayer, and reflection, I have made the difficult decision to close my private practice and retire from seeing patients in this setting. My final day of patient care will be in December 2026.
This decision has not come easily. Since opening my practice in July 2022, it has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional life to care for you and your families. You have entrusted me with your stories, your joys, your worries, and your health. I have never taken that trust for granted.
Medicine has always been much more than a profession to me—it has been a calling. The relationships I have built with my patients have brought me immense purpose and gratitude. I will deeply miss the conversations we shared, the milestones we celebrated together, and the opportunity to walk alongside you through both difficult and hopeful seasons of life.
After careful consideration, I have come to realize that it is time for me to close this chapter. While this decision is bittersweet, I know it is the right one for my family and for me.
Over the coming months, my team and I will work diligently to make this transition as smooth as possible. We will be available to assist you with obtaining copies of your medical records and to help facilitate the transfer of your care to another healthcare provider.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for allowing me to be part of your lives. The kindness, trust, and support you have shown me over these past several years have been gifts that I will carry with me always.
Although this chapter is coming to a close, the memories and relationships we have built together will remain with me. Thank you for the privilege of caring for you. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
