The million is tempting… but so is going to bed without replaying a conversation from 2017. 😂

When you’re used to overthinking, keeping everyone happy, and second-guessing yourself, these hit a little differently.

Don’t apologize for being alive.

For having needs.
For taking up space.
For asking a question.
For having feelings someone else finds inconvenient.

You can be kind, considerate, and accountable without saying “sorry” for simply being you. 💗

By the way, I’m Liz—an LCSW, RTT® hypnotherapist, and EMDR-trained clinician. I help women understand anxious attachment so they can stop overthinking love and build relationships without losing themselves.

Somewhere along the way, so many of us learned that being a “good mom and a good wife” meant being the one who holds everything together.

Remember the appointments.
Keep everyone happy.
Anticipate what everyone needs.
Fix the problems.
Carry the mental load.
And somehow keep smiling while doing it. 😅

But mama… you are allowed to be a person inside your own life, too. 💗

You don’t have to do everything perfectly to be a good mom.

You don’t have to keep everyone happy to be loved.

And you don’t have to completely exhaust yourself proving how much you care.

Sometimes healing looks like giving everyone else a little less of your energy…

and finally giving some of it back to you.

So yes—give yourself some grace today.

And get the overpriced latte. ☕️😂 You’ve earned it.

💗 And if you’re the woman who is tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions… come join us inside Secure Love Ladies.

It’s a community for women learning how to feel safer in themselves, set healthier boundaries, and create more secure relationships—without losing the loving, caring parts of who they are.

DM me “SISTERHOOD” and I’ll send you the details. 💗

And send this post to a mama who needs to hear:
You’re doing better than you think.

Sometimes the way we protect ourselves looks like the exact opposite of what we deeply crave. 💗

You want someone to show up for you… but you never ask for help.

You crave connection… but when you’re overwhelmed, you isolate.

You want affection… but when you’re hurt, you pull away.

You want to hear, “I love you. I’m here. We’re okay.”… but when you feel rejected, you go silent.

That doesn’t necessarily mean your “toxic trait” reveals your love language—but it can reveal the protective patterns you’ve learned around connection.

And that’s the part I want women to understand:

You can crave love AND have learned behaviors that push it away when you don’t feel safe.

Those patterns can be recognized, understood, and changed. ✨

If you’re ready to understand your relationship patterns and start moving toward more secure love, come join us inside Secure Love Ladies. 💕

DM me “SISTERHOOD” and I’ll send you the details.

Smile when you notice the little signs.
Dance in the kitchen for no reason.
Romanticize the ordinary moments.
Fall deeply in love with the life you’re creating.

Because healing isn’t only about fixing what hurt.

Sometimes it’s about finally feeling safe enough to expect good things.

Safe enough to stop chasing.
Safe enough to stop proving.
Safe enough to stop assuming love is about to disappear.

And secure enough to believe:

What’s meant for me doesn’t require me to abandon myself to keep it. 💗

Maybe—just maybe—you don’t have to spend your life preparing for something to go wrong.

Maybe you get to believe something beautiful is going right.

✨ If you’re ready to stop chasing reassurance and start creating secure love from within, come join us inside Secure Love Ladies.

DM me “SISTERHOOD” and I’ll send you the details. 💕

I learn so much from my clients. 💗

Every story, every breakthrough, every moment when someone finally connects the dots teaches me something too.

And it means the world to me when a client is willing to share what helped them—because their healing can become part of what helps another woman feel less alone.

That’s one of my favorite parts of this work.

We learn. We heal. And sometimes, what we learn along the way becomes a light for someone else. 🌸

Thank you to every woman who has trusted me with her story. It matters more than you know. 💕
