Meet our resident karma yogi (for the last few years!) and outstanding weekly leader of the Friday Sound Journey at 6pm. She has taken care of all of us behind the scenes—making sure our the students, teachers, studio (and plants!) are loved, supported and nourished. We are ever grateful for all she has done for the studio and community!! And in Yoga as in life, all good things come to an end. In the coming weeks, Satoko will need to step back and we are looking for a work-trade team to help out in exchange for membership. Just a couple hours help around the studio weekly in exchange for membership and discounts on workshops and retreats. Arrive & Recenter: A Post-Spring Break Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Experience with Join Lisa this Sunday evening (3/15) for a Free Community Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation from 7:30-9:00pm to ground you in body and mind. This class is free and open to everyone, so early registration is highly recommended. We will have mats and bolsters, but you may want to bring a comfy blanket and pillow for the Yoga Nidra.

When your body craves movement, your nervous system needs a reset, and your mind wants to slow down… Join us for Candlelight Hot Vinyasa, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm.
The room is gently heated (90–95°), offering just enough warmth to help you sweat, soften, and release what you don’t need. The lights are low, inviting you to turn inward and let go of the day.

It’s been a scary time for our little community, and many are still stuck in their homes without power. But we have observed neighbors taking care of each other, and people coming together to support loved ones as well as strangers. It’s been a testament to our town and the people who make Oxford such a wonderful place to live. We finally have power restored at the studio and would love to open our space to anyone in the community who needs a warm room and a warm community with whom to share it. Our first in studio class will be tomorrow, Saturday, Jan 31st: FREE COMMUNITY VINYASA FLOW with at 10:00am. As always, you can join us in the studio or online. No membership required. We hope to see you there! We will have a limited schedule this week with both free and discounted drop-in classes, but we will be back to our regular schedule Sunday, Feb.8th.
