You may have noticed that our community has a new name! Formerly Vista Springs Quail Highlands, we are so excited to be a part of the StoryPoint Group family under our new name, StoryPoint Concord Township.

As this final post is posted as Vista Springs Quail Highlands this page will forever be able to remind us of the Full of Life Experiences that were had and made possible by every staff member, hospice team, home health company, therapy company, entertainment, therapy pets, church communities and volunteers that have walked through the doors. You have become family and have impacted our lives greatly.
Can’t wait to see the new adventures that will be had as we move forward with all of you and head into this new chapter with StoryPoint Group.
