You may have heard: “Meditation clears your mind of all thoughts.”

❌ False. Meditation isn’t about having zero thoughts — it’s about changing your relationship to them. Thoughts will come, and that’s normal.

🧠 With practice, you learn to observe thoughts without judgment and create space before reacting. Advanced meditators sometimes experience deep stillness, but you don’t need a blank mind for meditation to “work.”
