This morning, MY Community Health Foundation and MyCHN hosted Coffee and Connections at Alvin Skate-N-Party alongside the Northern Brazoria County Chamber of Commerce. During the event, we had the opportunity to share the services MyCHN provides to our communities and highlight the mission of MY Community Health Foundation in supporting patient care initiatives at MyCHN. We are grateful for opportunities like these to connect with local leaders, build community partnerships, and continue working together to expand access to quality healthcare for all.
