Common symptoms of BPD may include:

Intense mood changes
Fear of abandonment
Unstable or intense relationships
Impulsive behaviors

We’re looking for a licensed therapist who believes healing can happen through connection, experience, and trust—not just conversation.

💙 In this role, you’ll:

Provide therapy in an equine-assisted setting
Co-facilitate sessions with an Equine Specialist
Help clients grow through experiential, hands-on work
Be part of a program that’s changing how therapy is delivered

👤 We’re looking for someone who:

Is licensed (or provisionally licensed) in NC
Has experience with mental health/substance use populations
Is passionate about innovative, client-centered care
Is ready to step into a leadership role
