Today has been a day full of fun! The residents got to enjoy some family visits, music on the patio, fun crafts, and watching our maintenance staff work on the courtyard.

*****Sunny Acres Annual Car Wash was better than we could've imagined. The staff, volunteers, and residents worked together today to make wonderful memories! Thank you everybody for your hard work! Fun was had by ALL!*****

Today, the residents got to enjoy playing some candy bar bingo with the mission camp kiddos! So much fun was had on this awesome day.

Today, The mission camp kids joined us for some live music! The residents enjoyed the music and enjoyed some great conversations with the kiddos. A great time was had!

Today, we had the mission camp kids join us for a popcorn party and some buff n shine nail time! The ladies got to enjoy getting their nails done while others also enjoyed popcorn, a classic Disney movie, and balloon volleyball. So much fun was had by everyone!

This week, we get to have the mission camp kids here for fun activities! Yesterday, we started out with a bean bag game and bubbles galore outside and today we got to celebrate July birthdays with live music, and a yummy ice cream treat.

Today, the residents enjoyed a day full of festive activities! We started the day off with 4th of July treats and glamour shots, then we made firework paintings with forks. A great time was had by residents and staff!

We have had a busy week here at Sunny Acres. We have had a lot of family time and visits from our furry friends. We also have had some of our ladies get their hair done by our amazing hair dresser. On top of it all we have enjoyed homemade cinnamon rolls, popcorn, and doughnuts. It has been the perfect way to kick off summer!

Yesterday, We hosted our annual Car Show with the Rt. 97 Crusaders. A huge thank you to them for coming out and showing off their cars for the residents! The residents loved it and it was the perfect way to kick off the summer and celebrate the father figures in our lives.
