Harbor Hall, Inc. Harbor Hall has been a non-profit offering various addiction treatment services since 1974. Harbor Hall started out in the Fall of 1973 as Half-Way Home, Inc.

Originally a half-way house for men, it became a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in the early 80's. The name was officially changed to Harbor Hall in 1984. In 1993, Harbor Hall expanded its services to include male and female, adolescent through senior citizens. Harbor Hall operates with a passion for helping individuals and their families start on the path to recovery from substance use disorders.
