Ten years of acupuncture practice has taught me a lot.

The last five lessons are here. There's one more thing I know for sure: I’m incredibly grateful that I don’t have to do this next chapter alone.

Having Morgan join me at Ali Ali Healing has been such a gift. I’m so grateful to have another practitioner here who also cares deeply about this medicine and our patients.

It means we can care for more people in our community, support each other, and continue growing Ali Ali Healing in ways I never dared to imagine when I opened the doors 10 years ago. 😁✨

Twice in the past month, I saw a bumper sticker that said exactly this. The second time, it inspired me to create a series of simple posts solely to uplift others.

I had fun creating them, and I hope that, over the coming months, one of them will resonate with you and make you smile, or pause, or feel some sort of recognition within.
