Enjoy 2.5 hours of a holistic, rejuvenating, mindful wellness experience that incorporates vinyasa flow, myofascial massage, and relaxing guided yoga nidra meditation.
Hot flow yoga builds strength and flexibility, detoxifies, and induces deep relaxation; Yoga Nidra reduces stress and improves sleep by calming the nervous system; and myofascial massage releases tension, boosts mood, and enhances circulation.
Experience all three synergistically to reduce stress, improve physical and mental well-being, and promote recovery by working on different pathways to calm the body and mind.
You will learn how to use self-massage tools like foam rollers, massage balls, and little gua sha tools to stimulate myofascial release, to help alleviate sinus pressure and to relieve pain. You will learn about the importance of fascia and how to release unwanted stress, tension, and held trauma.
You will learn self-massage techniques like lymphatic drainage that uses light, gentle, rhythmic strokes (like stretching the skin and releasing) directed towards major lymph nodes to use post surgery, injury rehab, and to help cancer patients in recovery.
This workshop will be held in our Zen Studio 1A, and will be heated to 95-101 degrees.
