Thank you to everyone who came out to run, cheer, volunteer, and support our very first Ring It On 5K. Despite the weather, the energy was incredible and we had an amazing time bringing the community together.

Walking into City Fitness for the first time felt intimidating. He started in his apartment gym because he didn’t think he was “ready” for a real gym yet.

Since joining City Fitness, Ken has lost 70 pounds, completed two marathons, won Rookie of the Year in baseball, and joined the 1000 Pound Club — all while rebuilding confidence and consistency along the way.
