What does it actually mean to integrate a healing experience?

For us at MHS, it extends far beyond an integration session. It’s about how we return to our relationships, our bodies, our communities, and our everyday lives.

It’s one of the ideas we’ll be exploring together tomorrow at our free community symposium: What If Healing Was Designed Differently? There’s still time to RSVP at the link in our bio!

Healing happens in community.

Dr. Sophia shares what it has meant to find a home for her work at Martin Healing Sanctuary: a place where she can continue doing the deeply fulfilling work she loves, while being surrounded by a community of practitioners approaching healing from different perspectives.

That connection matters for the people seeking care, but also for the people providing it.

It’s part of what we’re building at MHS: a place where practitioners can learn from one another, patients can feel supported as whole people, and different approaches to healing can exist in conversation with each other.

Join us this Saturday, September 19, for our free community symposium and experience the community we’re building at 3580.

What does healing look like when we stop treating the mind and body as separate?

We’re celebrating our opening with a free community symposium on Saturday, September 19, bringing together perspectives from medicine, psychotherapy, somatic healing, and spirituality to explore what a more whole-person approach to mental healthcare can look like - using ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as one lens into that larger conversation.

Come curious. Bring your questions. Meet the people behind the work, connect with others across Philadelphia’s healing community, and experience the Sanctuary for yourself.

Why host a symposium to open Martin Healing Sanctuary?

Because the conversation we’re interested in is bigger than ketamine.

We created MHS around the belief that meaningful healing can involve medicine, psychotherapy, the body, relationship, environment, and meaning - and that these pieces shouldn’t necessarily exist in isolation.

So we’re opening our doors by bringing different perspectives into the same room.

Not to offer one answer, but to ask better questions about what whole-person mental healthcare can look like.

Join us September 19.

A space designed with healing in mind.

Martin Healing Sanctuary was created within 3580 around a simple idea: where care happens matters, too.

Tucked into the lower level of this historic East Falls building, the Sanctuary is designed to feel warm, grounded, private, and human. It’s a setting that supports the work happening within it.

And it’s part of a larger community at 3580 where therapy, movement, creativity, bodywork, and gathering already live side by side.

On September 19, we’re opening the doors and inviting you in.

Come see the Sanctuary, explore 3580, and join us for an afternoon of conversation about what a more whole-person approach to mental healthcare can look like.

Martin Healing Sanctuary is opening its doors.

Join us September 19 for an afternoon exploring a different approach to mental healthcare - one that brings medicine, psychotherapy, the body, relationship, and meaning into the same conversation.

Through the lens of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, clinicians and practitioners will explore what ketamine therapy is, who it may be appropriate for, and why the medicine itself is only one part of the healing process.

Bring your questions. Tour the new Sanctuary. Meet the people behind the work. Stay for w**e, cheese, and conversation with the 3580 community.
