We invite you to join us for the next Parent/Caregiver Workshop: Is it 'Sensory', or Is It 'Behavior'? on August 18, 2026 at 5PM. This workshop is presented by "The Occuplaytional Therapist," Kelsie Olds, OTR

You might suspect that your child is struggling with "sensory stuff", but how do you know which stuff, and how do you help? This workshop focuses on understanding the basics of how sensory processing works. You'll recognize what your child is doing for sensory reasons, and know a few ways to help them meet those needs that might be less disruptive to your family's day to day life.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FREE and available to everyone, although pre-registration is required. Most CCTC workshops can be used for one hour of Parenting Education credits.

The Development and Marketing Team along with the Strategic Initiatives Team participated in an activity called “Turning Lemons into Lemonade.” During the activity, team members reflected on experiences where they transformed challenging or negative situations into positive outcomes.
