Hand + Heart Studios Massage and Reiki Studio in Point Breeze, Philadelphia, PA I use Stretching to gently release stress and tension in your muscles.

All massages use some Swedish Massage techniques, like effleurage and petrissage, to gently relax and knead the muscles to relieve tension. Deep Tissue Massage will get out those stubborn knots and trigger points, carefully checking in with your comfort throughout. I also use a variety of tools, like scraping or Gua Sha, Cupping, Essential Oils, Crystals, Reiki, and Hot-and-Cold Therapy.
