Just because you have an epidural doesn’t mean movement stops…

Movement is still one of the most powerful tools for helping baby descend, rotate, and engage.

With the right support, you can still labor effectively in positions like:
• Side-lying with a peanut ball for pelvic opening
• Throne position to use gravity while staying supported
• Supported hands-and-knees to encourage optimal positioning
