wearable - I pump once in the morning while nursing and this gets me a solid 4-5oz in 10 min during her first feed.

Bars - these taste amazing and are the most fun I’ve ever had taking a vitamin 🎉

kids shoes - these slip on quick, are so easy to clean and very well made. My son is obsessed because they match me and his dad’s “laces” !!

This pool off Amazon - it folds up, is huge (comes in so many sizes) and has a plug to drain easily.. we use it every day.

Solo walks. The kids come for the first 15-20 min but almost every night I’m off for a solo walk after dad gets home. Lately it’s been like an hour! I love it.

This pikler by has been through it! Both of my kids are .. active 🤪 and this has been amazing for climbing, scaling, standing up .. both of my kids play on it!

I was hesitant but the is ideal.. catches 99% of the food and I can clean up later!

Putting on actual outfits 😂.. I’m still breast feeding so the urge to just wear a baggy tshirt and loose bra is real.. but I’ve been putting together more outfits lately and it does feel good.

Post partum hair loss is no joke. Grateful to have someone who knows all the ins and outs of what my body needs and how to utilize proper nutrition and supplements to help my body heal after having babies!

A throwback to 2016 in OCNJ .. only a few years into our relationship .. that trend really got me 😮‍💨🥲 I can’t believe how far we’ve come, how much we’ve accomplished and all that is ahead. Making the most of this winter but I’m ready for sunshine and warmth!

Post partum moms: take that shower, get that hair cut, change clothes and give yourself copious amounts of grace.. this is a short season of adjustment and the smallest things give me a sense of well being these days ♥️
