1. Know your body. Understanding what feels normal to you matters most.
2. Notice something abnormal? Call your doctor to review.
3. If something feels off, advocate for yourself and ask for additional screening — knowing is always better than not knowing.
4. If a lump, bump, or skin change leads to a diagnosis, seek out resources to help guide you.
