It’s flu season! 😳 Join me at the Richmond Library - Free Library of Philadelphia on October 27 (5:30 pm) to learn about supporting your immune system and how to make fire c***r at home.
We’ll review some key herbs for this time of year, and quick and easy remedies to prepare at home when you’re feeling sick 🌱. Bring your favorite mug for free tea during class ☕.
Note the change in date this month (4th Tuesday instead of our normal 3rd Tuesday).

Apothecary sale! I won’t be able to make it to any vending events in October, so I’m discounting sales from my apothecary store to clear out the inventory (link in comments below). 🌱
For the month of October, use discount code OCTOBER10 to receive 10% off your order. Local delivery in Philadelphia, or shipping via USPS is available. 📦📫
And as always, if you’re looking for something that isn’t listed, send me a message because I have many more herbs than what is shown in the store. I’m happy to bottle you an extract, or prepare a custom tea blend upon request 🙂
The new elderberry chai has been popular at recent markets, and I also have a limited supply of fire c***r available until the new batch is ready!

Stop by the Richmond Street Flea today! I’ll be here until 5 pm, and the weather is beautiful :)

Join me at the Richmond Library - Free Library of Philadelphia next Tuesday for our Introductory Herbalism workshop series! We’ll be talking about fall seasonal support, including the transition between late summer into the fall season.

Learn about warming and grounding herbs, how to support the immune and nervous systems, and how to prepare an herbal decoction at home!

I’ll be at this weekend! (Saturday 9/5 from 10 am - 6 pm).

I’m offering one-on-one herbal support sessions at my vending booth. If you’d like to sign up, you can secure your spot by registering ahead of time (link in comments). I’ll also be selling various tea blends, extracts, and other herbal remedies.

And at 4:15 in the Apple tent, I’m hosting “Communing with Plants: Organoleptics & Energetics.” In this workshop, we’ll get to know some plant allies through organoleptic assessment - the practice of assessing things with our senses. We’ll talk about energetics and herbal actions, and taste a variety of herbal extracts! Hope to see you there.
