Our lovely ladies blessed the residents and staff at Choctaw Residential Center today with a yummy, frozen popsicle treat!! Due to the extremely hot summer we’re having, we all could use a frozen treat!! 🥰😜Thank you Ella Grace, Jess, and Cherteele!!

We’re proud to share some good news: Quality Hospice Care has once again been named a Hospice CAHPS Honors Elite award recipient for 2026, presented by MatrixCare.

This national recognition is awarded to hospice agencies that consistently deliver the highest quality of care, as measured directly by the patients and families we serve through the Hospice CAHPS satisfaction survey. To qualify, an agency must score above the national average on at least 85% of the publicly reported measures— a bar Quality Hospice Care has now cleared year after year.

By highlighting agencies that excel in patient satisfaction and quality of care, this program not only celebrates outstanding achievement, but also sets a standard of excellence within the industry.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice

Join Our Compassionate Hospice Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients and support to their families. If you have a heart for hospice care and a passion for making a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Hospice or Home Health experience is preferred.

Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.

Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.

Manage pain and symptoms while promoting comfort and dignity.

Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers.

Collaborate with physicians and the hospice care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Complete timely and accurate documentation.

We are pleased to announce our upcoming yard sale, which will support our Volunteer Program. The proceeds will be used to purchase items for patient needs, birthdays, holidays, and personal care. Our Volunteer Program aims to provide exceptional support, making a positive impact on patients' lives during difficult times.
