As a Phoenix native, Lakisha is proud to serve the community she has always called home. Through continued education, professional training, hard work, dedication, and perseverance, she has empowered herself to turn her vision into a thriving business built around accessibility, convenience, and quality service.

Lakisha's journey led her to establish an onsite location for clients while also expanding LMP Lab to offer convenient mobile phlebotomy and testing services. Recognizing that access to healthcare and testing services is not always easy or convenient, she wanted to create a service that meets clients where they are—whether at home, work, or another preferred location.

Her passion is rooted in providing professional, reliable, and compassionate service to individuals, families, patients, and businesses throughout the community. Lakisha believes that quality service goes beyond simply performing a blood draw or test. It is also about creating a comfortable, respectful, and positive experience where every client feels valued and cared for.
