May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Just want you all to know that im thinking about those that have lost a loved 1 to su***de. Im also thinking about those that just recently lost a loved one. Those of you that are struggling just remember your loved and we as a community are here for you. Just reach out. I here if anyone needs someone to talk to. Im a call away. I will listen without judgement. Talk today so ur not a statistic tomorrow.

We have to remember that those that have lost a loved one to su***de need support also because they are usually left with no answers to questions. Im here for you all also.

Just because they named May as National Mental Health Awareness Month doesn't mean when the month is over we forget about the Awareness til next May.... Mental Health Awareness is 24/7. Remember that!!!!!
