No matter if the source of panic comes from the external (like loud sounds from fireworks), or from internal issues that are still impacting your life, it can be a debilitating feeling that can send you reeling.

There are techniques you can use to self soothe panic attacks like deep breathing, refocusing your attention, and guided imagery.
You can also seek out more support through CBT therapy, meditation groups, or antidepressants and anti anxiety medications.
