☀️ Meet Lydia! ☀️

🌈 Lydia is a Speech-Language Pathologist and comes to us highly recommended! She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She has clinical experience in school-based and adult inpatient rehabilitation facilities.

🌟 Her additional trainings and certifications include:
• Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile
• The Life Participation Approach to Aphasia Knowledge Certificate, Aphasia Access
• Certified Rater for the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA)

🌈 She is actively completing trainings for:
• Licensed SPEAK OUT! Provider for Parkinson's Disorder
• Lingraphica Certified

☀️Lydia's favorite thing about speech is finding creative ways for a client to work towards a goal while having fun! Lydia loves working with literacy, articulation, and early language!

💛 Lydia is a native of Oakdale, Louisiana. She enjoys teaching Sunday School, spending time with family, friends, and dogs, reading, playing piano, swimming, and cooking.

☀️ Meet Morgan! ☀️

🌈 Morgan is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping individuals develop the communication and swallowing skills needed to thrive in their daily lives. She received both her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Monroe, LA.

☀️ Her professional interests include early language development, speech sound disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and swallowing disorders. She has certifications in:
• Beckman Oral Motor Assessment and Intervention
• Feed the Peds (a three-month training addressing assessment and intervention of pediatric feeding difficulties and dysphagia)
• eSWALLOW USA
• MBS Impairment Profile

🌟 In recognition of her commitment to continuing education and professional growth, Morgan received the ACE Award by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

☀️ Morgan enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending quality time with her family. She especially loves cheering on her boys and staying involved in their busy sports schedules.
