We offer NeurOptimal neurofeedback which has been shown in studies to be a powerful tool to boost your brain’s overall functioning including improvements in memory and concentration (symptoms of ADHD), decreased anxiety and depression symptoms improvement in sleep. NeurOptimal neurofeedback helps train the brain to regulate emotion which can accelerate progress toward your goals in counseling and coaching, you can discuss any questions you might have with your counselor or coach. One free demo session is available to all InTune counseling and coaching clients. Our offices are easily accessible from Plano, Dallas, Addison, Frisco, North Dallas, Preston Hollow, West Plano, Allen, and McKinney.
