Michiana Behavioral Health is offering a Family Support Program.
This virtual support group is designed for family members and friends who are concerned about a loved one living with a substance use disorder. The program is based on the Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) model—an evidence-based, motivational approach that supports families across multiple areas of their lives.
Topics include understanding family dynamics by identifying triggers and motivators, developing effective and positive communication techniques, supporting a loved one in entering treatment services and engaging in recovery and learning effective methods and available resources that empower you to influence change and improve your overall quality of life.
The program is open to individuals ages 18 and older and is held virtually via Zoom.
When: Every Tuesday, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Zoom ID: 341 464 4435
