The h**p industry needs your help!!!
The White House has already recognized the need for additional time beyond the November 12th ban and has asked Congress to include a two-year extension of the implementation date while lawmakers continue bipartisan work on a permanent regulatory framework. Extending the deadline to November 12, 2028 would prevent unnecessary disruption and allow Congress to finish the job the right way.
This is not the final debate over h**p policy. This is about preventing a devastating cliff while lawmakers work toward lasting legislation. If Congress fails to act now, businesses, consumers, and farmers will pay the price long before a permanent solution can be considered.
Please contact your U.S. Senators and your Member of Congress today and ask them to include the Section 781 implementation extension in the upcoming Continuing Resolution. Every message matters.
