Four years ago, one of my friends was a hot mess

Money was scarce
She was in a marriage she hated

Authentic self

Do we find it?
Build it?
Heal to it?

What is it actually?

Does your authentic self have to be right?
Perfect?
Is the vision you hold one of your body being a particular way?

This alchemy retreat is about the mirror to the YOU that is YOU.

And the strategy we use to try to live there and interestingly, the strategy we use to stay away from being that....and yes, you/we all employ a whole strategy when we begin to fail or flail...and that one is a slippery slope to nowhere

Wildly enough, when we follow our less than bright strategy, so many things go sideways

Fun
Play
Pleasure

But we often go to try to solve it when we go there....by doing things like
A better plan
A more rigorous workout or detox
We change jobs
We move
We try to start businesses

But from that tired strategy, nothing beautiful can open...we have to get back to us...

Alchemy offers the strategy, awareness, potential and guidance to remember...and wildly, few even realize they aren't in the Divine expression of true self until we see it....I know it was true for me

I didn't realize i was missing alchemy in my journey until I found it

I had no real notion how much more there could be for me in this life
Love
Creativity
Play
Pleasure
Abundance
Wisdom
Connection
Vitality
Health
Energy
Sleep
Hormonal balance

Because before alchemy I was good!

But looking back, I was also shut down, exhausted, not glowing, not in my true essence, not empowered as I can be, holding back, actually kind of removed

But I was successful and truly more vital than most people, had loving connections….

So, what's the difference?

This living actually feels as one

Led by the Divine in a profound and rooted way

Yesterday, someone said that they feel how I live truly in my heart and it allows them to trust theirs

That I feel so open, loving, present and truly IN each moment with others that they begin to Trust they can have the same

I was previously caged by the 20 plus years as a Naturopathic doctor, held in the world of pathology while believing in potentiality

Now, I live in potentiality and observe the world of pathology

I believed in miracles and saw them in my practice often….now, I live in miracles and have unshakable knowing that they will show up more and more just because life IS

I thought i had to push in life, and now I know that I simple get to be me and flow and life will and does respond….but unlike every other time in life, this experience has arisen from within, and not because i did some profound abundance ritual, and it isn't taxing

The most profound thing? The simple knowing
The way joy just bubbles from within
The way I learn has amplified
The way I can feel constantly safe in the world
The way I am at peace with criticism or judgements and feel open even in the hard things
The way my sleep has transformed
The way my hormones have simply regulated
The way my body has become a new level of partnered home

I could go on and on
I wish everyone could have these gifts, they are beyond belief
