Wednesday Sept 16th 6pm

Learn the fundamentals of safe home canning in this beginner-friendly Canning 101 class! In this class we’ll cover and experience water bath canning and briefly discuss pressure canning(future class coming), including when to use each method and why.

You’ll learn the science behind safe food preservation, proper jar preparation, equipment basics, and how to confidently preserve foods at home. We’ll walk through the process step-by-step so you understand not only how to can, but why each step matters.

Participants will get hands-on experience and leave with a jar of pickled food they can themselves, along with the knowledge to start preserving food safely at home!

I know many of us are hesitant to use “Western” medicine or we feel guilty taking a medication. I understand. But there is a time and place for everything.
After a lot of hesitation, we ended up going to the ER and had a great experience. All of the staff were kind and respectful and it was honestly refreshing. And, if you see a doctor and don’t feel good about it, go somewhere else.
