When a baby is born, so is a mom ❤️

"You must get to hold babies all the time."

Actually...

I rarely hold the babies.

This is who I hold.

I hold mothers as they become someone new. I steady them when they think they can't do it, support them through the hardest moments, and remind them they are stronger than they ever imagined.

Before a mother ever places her baby in my arms, I have the privilege of holding her. 🤍

Not only is Emilee an amazing massage therapist, but she is a talented choreographer and dancer!

She choreographed some dances in Mama Mia- playing this weekend at McMorran!

She’s in a show called “Puffs” which is a parody on Harry Potter at the Citadel in September (not for kids). She’s also fully choreographing “Disneys Frozen” at the Citadel.

🫙 Canning 101: Water Bath Canning & Quick Pickling
Thursday August 13th 6pm

Learn the fundamentals of safe home canning in this beginner-friendly Canning 101 class! In this class we’ll cover and experience water bath canning and briefly discuss pressure canning(future class coming), including when to use each method and why.

You’ll learn the science behind safe food preservation, proper jar preparation, equipment basics, and how to confidently preserve foods at home. We’ll walk through the process step-by-step so you understand not only how to can, but why each step matters.

Participants will get hands-on experience and leave with a jar of pickled food they can themselves, along with the knowledge to start preserving food safely at home!
