RELEASING THE PAST
September 5, 2026

Healing becomes possible when you are willing to release what no longer supports your growth. The thoughts and beliefs may have protected you in the past, but now they weigh you down. The indwelling Christ calls you to let go so you can move forward with freedom and peace.

Releasing the past does not mean forgetting it. It means loosening your grip on the pain, the fear, or the meaning you once gave to it. When you release the past, you make room for new thoughts, new healing, and new possibilities. Soul Therapy reminds you that you cannot step into your future while holding tightly to what is behind you.

Letting go is a gentle process. Sometimes you release a little at a time. You may release through prayer, through tears, or through quiet moments of truth. Each release is an act of courage. Soul Therapy teaches you that releasing the past is not losing anything. It is gaining freedom.

Affirm: I release the past with love. Divine Order guides me into new freedom, new peace, and new healing. God’s renewing presence leads me forward.

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.”

Celebrate
In joy and gratitude, I celebrate.
Tuesday August 11, 2026

The completion of a long-held goal, a last-minute victory capping a tough competition, or a joyous reunion can all be causes for celebration. These moments overflow with so much happiness that my heart can hardly contain my joy.

These special moments deserve celebration. Especially when the hard work is done, I gather with others in community to acknowledge what has been accomplished, to express gratitude and appreciation for each person’s contribution, and to enjoy our togetherness.

Life is made fuller through celebration. I join with others to share the precious feelings of happiness, satisfaction, and the pure pleasure that comes from knowing God is in the midst of it all.

It is God’s gift that all should eat and drink and take pleasure in all their toil.—Ecclesiastes 3:13

Faith
Grounded in the awareness of my divinity, my faith is pure.
Thursday August 6, 2026

Unity cofounder Myrtle Fillmore lived her faith with remarkable clarity and steadfastness. Her trust in the healing, prospering power of God never wavered. She shared this trust in letters, prayers, and gentle reminders of each person’s divine identity. The “Prayer of Faith,” one of Myrtle’s favorites, expresses it beautifully: “All things I am, can do, and be, through Christ the Truth, that is in me.”

Written by Hannah More Kohaus, the poem was published by Myrtle in Wee Wisdom® magazine in 1898. Myrtle embodied the truth that the Divine within makes all things possible, and her presence helped others awaken to their own divine nature. I follow Myrtle’s lead. My presence uplifts and empowers. I honor others’ wholeness and celebrate their brilliance.

For in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith.—Galatians 3:26

ANCHORED IN SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING
August 6, 2026

Anchors, when dropped, ensure that the boat does not float away from the dock, and out to sea. Where is your anchor when it comes to spiritual understanding? The Revealing Word (RW) defines understanding as being aware that “God is supreme knowing”. It further states: “that in man which comprehends is understanding”, and “Spiritual discernment reveals that knowledge and intelligence are auxiliary to understanding.” Understand that it is a package deal.

When we follow the guidance of Spirit it is like having an anchor within our being. Remember not to allow the intellect to lift the anchor; stay connected to Spirit. Intellect is needed in the beginning of our search for Truth. However, when we come into the realization of the wisdom and power we are attaining, it is important that we do not try to use this wisdom and power for selfish outcomes. We must stay anchored in Spirit and allow Spirit to guide the intellect. So, keep your thoughts and feelings anchored in the presence of God, firmly locked into, and connected to Spirit.

“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure…”
Hebrews 6:19 NIV

Wednesday August 5, 2026

Each morning when I wake, I choose positivity. With joy in my heart and a prayer of gratitude on my lips, I am ready to begin the day.

Delays and defeats do not dim my positivity. I take these developments in stride, trusting divine order and divine timing are at work. Affirming this truth, I go forward with positive thoughts and a calm bearing.

My upbeat, optimistic nature carries me through the day. I am pleasant in all my interactions, patient when I must wait, and understanding if I feel frustrated.

I end the day with positivity, joy, and deep gratitude before I close my eyes at night.

I want their hearts to be encouraged and united in love, so that they may have all the riches of assured understanding and have the knowledge of God’s mystery.—Colossians 2:2
