Ever notice your neck hurts one week... then it's your low back... then headaches seem to appear? 🤔

It can feel frustrating, but your body works as one connected system. When one area isn't moving or functioning well, other areas may work harder to compensate.

💡 Here's what may be happening:

🧩 Your body compensates.
If one joint isn't moving well, nearby muscles and joints may take on extra work. Over time, that added stress can lead to discomfort in other areas.

⚡ Pain isn't always felt where the problem begins.
Sometimes the area that hurts the most is simply the area under the greatest strain, not necessarily the original source of the issue.

🧠 Your nervous system plays a role.
Your brain is constantly processing information from your body. Changes in movement, muscle tension, and joint function can influence how and where you experience discomfort.

🔄 Temporary relief doesn't always mean the issue is resolved.
