🚨 POWER OUTAGE UPDATE 🚨
To our Luxe Life Medical & Luxe Beauty + Wellness family,
Our hearts are with everyone across Northwest Indiana who has been affected by this week’s devastating storms and widespread power outages. ❤️🩹
We know this has been so much more than an inconvenience for many in our community. Families are dealing with damaged homes and property, prolonged power outages, fallen trees, spoiled food, disrupted businesses, and uncertainty about when life will return to normal.
Most importantly, our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been injured, those who have experienced significant loss, and every family facing circumstances far more difficult than our own. 🙏🏼
We are incredibly grateful for the linemen, first responders, firefighters, emergency personnel, utility crews, city workers, and volunteers who have been working around the clock to help Northwest Indiana recover.
Your hard work and sacrifice have not gone unnoticed. ❤️
⚡ LUXE POWER OUTAGE UPDATE
Unfortunately, both Luxe Life Medical in Valparaiso and Luxe Beauty + Wellness in Portage remain affected by the power outage.
Because we cannot safely provide in-person services without power, we are making adjustments to appointments while we wait for power to be restored.
🩺 LUXE LIFE MEDICAL — VALPARAISO
For our medical patients, telehealth appointments will be available whenever appropriate.
If you are scheduled for an appointment and are able to complete your visit virtually, we strongly encourage you to do so. This will allow us to continue your care without creating a significant delay in your treatment plan.
We understand some patients may prefer to reschedule to next week but PLEASE know that our upcoming schedule is already very full, and it may be difficult to move everyone affected by the outage into next week.
If you have medication-related concerns because you are currently without refrigeration, please contact our office before discarding or replacing any medication. Storage recommendations vary depending on the medication and pharmacy formulation.

For our Luxe Beauty clients, our team will be contacting anyone whose appointment is affected.
We know how much you look forward to your appointments, and we promise we will work to get everyone rescheduled as quickly and fairly as possible once we can reopen. 💗
Please be patient with our staff as we navigate something completely outside of our control. We have many appointments to coordinate across both locations, and our team is doing everything possible to take care of each of you. Even if we are running behind on our appointments, we will get to you as soon as we can.
