A Body In Motion Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice that has flipped the old "Doctor's office" model of healthcare delivery on it's head. When Dr. Tim recognized that the old model made him inaccessible and only added to the excessive costs associated with healthcare, he knew he had to find a solution

. The solution; meet people where they are at. Gyms have always been places where people are working hard to move better, and also where many injuries result from people trying to build strength and endurance on top of a dysfunctional base. By being in the gym, ABIM removes the disconnect between the clinic and the gym, and maximizes the benefits of both.

🌸 The Gym Spring Schedule is LIVE

We’ve all been waiting for it and it’s finally here! The Gym at A Body in Motion is now running Small Group and Large Group training with Coach B.

➡️ Small Group Training
Open slots Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Small Group Training blends the benefits of individual and group training. Receive a personalized training program made based on your goals and complete it with the motivation of your community alongside you!

➡️ Large Group Training aka the Sunday Circuit
Sundays 10:15 am
$20/person

Join Coach B every Sunday for an hour long all levels circuit training class. Expect a mix of strength, conditioning, and mobility, with options for all fitness levels. Bring a friend, have some fun, break a sweat, and maybe stay after for a beverage or two!
