I absolutely love this from Travis Eliot! Words of wisdom.

Falling out of a pose can teach you a lot about yourself.

Notice what arises the moment balance is lost. Frustration. Judgment. Embarrassment. The need to get it “right.” That’s often the ego and pain body taking over, turning practice into performance.

If you can fall with a smile, not making the pose about your worth, you stay connected to wisdom instead of ego.

Growth happens through repetition, humility, and perspective.

🌿Summer is so close I can practically feel the sunshine already — and we’re excited to flow into the season with you!

🪻We’ll continue offering weekly classes on the mat, just with a slightly reduced capacity to match the slower summer rhythm. And the best part? We’re welcoming a new instructor who will be teaching Monday Vinyasa every week. Fresh energy, new perspective, same supportive community.

Can’t wait to move, breathe, and grow with you all summer long. 💛
