Central Aroostook Association Welcomes Nine New Employees
Through TEMPO Employment Services in Presque Isle.
The partnership, formed in November, has helped CAA expand recruitment efforts across Aroostook County and connect with candidates who may not have otherwise learned about opportunities within the organization.
Beginning in June, nine Tempo employees will transition into positions at CAA after completing onboarding, training, and more than 400 hours of employment. The new hires include four Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs), four Educational Technicians (Ed Techs), and one Direct Support Professional (DSP). CAA also continues to work with additional TEMPO staff within programs, with hopes of onboarding more employees later this summer.
Central Aroostook Association would also like to thank the team at TEMPO Employment Services for their continued support and partnership throughout this process, as well as CAA trainer Jody Shaw for helping to make the transition and onboarding process smooth and successful for the new employees.
