This patient was concerned about loose skin and changes in the lower face and neck that were making her appear older than she felt. To address these concerns, a deep plane face and neck lift was performed to reposition the deeper tissues and tighten loose skin for a firmer, more youthful appearance. First look after rhinoplasty!

At one week post-op, the cast comes off and patients finally get a glimpse of their new nose. This patient’s reaction was everything.

There is still swelling, and the nose will continue to change significantly as she heals. The early result is just the beginning, with more definition and refinement developing over time. We’re so happy for her and excited to follow her healing journey.

The under eye area can make somebody look tired and sad. It can be the puffiness in some patients, the hollowness and extra skin in others.

In this patient we tightened up the under eyes with sutures which allowed us to remove extra fat and skin. Also, we rejuvenated the entire eye complex with micro fat injections. The eye shape changed to a more youthful appearence. Addressing one area can sometimes affect positively other areas.

Rhinoplasty should refine your features, not erase them!

For this male patient, the main concern was a prominent dorsal hump that affected the appearance of his side profile. During rhinoplasty, the hump was carefully reduced to create a straighter, more refined nasal profile.

By softening the prominence of the bridge and creating a gentle curve through the profile, we were able to create a more refined silhouette. The tip was also subtly elevated to improve the overall balance of the nose.
